Album: Children's Trick-or-Treat on Lighthouse 2009
For the first time, the Lighthouse District celebrated Halloween by coordinating a Children's Trick-or-Treat along Lighthouse Avenue in New Monterey. Shops, restaurants, and boutiques welcomed little goblins with special treats 3pm-5pm on Saturday, October 31, 2009, and everyone had fun!
