Album: Children's Trick-or-Treat on Lighthouse 2010

In celebration of Halloween, the New Monterey Business Association hosted its Second Annual Children's Trick-or-Treat along Lighthouse Avenue. Shops, restaurants, and boutiques welcomed little goblins with special treats 3pm-5pm on Saturday, October 30, 2010. A good time was had by all!
