Scholze Park Community Center is pleased to present a diabetic support group for adults on the second Thursday of every month. The support group is organized and run by Community Hospital of Monterey Peninsula (CHOMP) Nutrition Services Department and is free and open to the public.

Participants will have an opportunity to discuss topics of heath and diet and also share personal experiences in a round table setting. A skilled nurse from CHOMP will provide tips, answers to questions, and resources to help each individual cope with this common disease.
