Join us at Bay Physical Therapy & Fitness for a Hoops Dance Class every Wednesday night 6pm-7pm. Beginners can start at any time.
Why hoop? You can increase your flexibility and stamina; lose weight; relieve stress; improve balance, rhythm, and coordination; improve your core strength and posture...and it's fun!! If you have a hoop, bring it, if not, we have hoops here for you to use. No experience is necessary - just come on down and try it! Cost is $5 per class.
