Scholze Park Community Center in August
The Scholze Park Community Center, located in the heart of New Monterey's Lighthouse District at 280 Dickman Avenue, is busy with drop-in activities five days a week! Here's a sample for August:
Mondays: Bingo (12:30pm-2:30pm) Tuesdays: Bridge (12:30pm-3:30pm) Wednesdays: Sewing (9:30am-4:30pm) Thursdays: Thursday Matinee Movie (1pm) Fridays: Public Computers Available (9am-4:30pm) Although we primarily cater to people age 55 and older, many of our events welcome adults age 18 and up. Henry's BBQ offers many choices of BBQ, chicken, pasta and fish dishes in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.
