Tricycle Pizza serves gourmet wood-fired pizza. The wood-fired oven reaches temperatures as hot as 900 degrees, and creates flavors and textures which are unattainable with a conventional oven. Not only does it compliment the recipes and ingredients, but watching the pizza being prepped and cooked in the oven is a spectacle unto itself.
Our pizza starts with a crust that is airy and light, nicely balanced between crispy and chewy, and is finished with the freshest quality toppings available - local and organic whenever possible.
