Chez Christian Real Estate offers real estate and property management services throughout the entire Monterey Peninsula and up to the Sacramento area.

Christian Viollaz started at Remax Monterey Peninsula in the late 2000s and established his brokerage, Chez Christian Real Estate, in 2004 in the MC Weekly Building in Seaside before moving to the present location in New Monterey.

Christian is originally from Evian, France, and moved to the Monterey Peninsula in 1985. He started as Executive Chef at l'Escargot restaurant in Carmel and later opened his own restaurant in 1990, Caddyshack Cafe in Carmel, later renaming it Chez Christian Bistro & Restaurant. But in the year 2000, Christian finally made a career change and sold his restaurant.
