Monterey Core Fitness presents Spring Break Strong Girls Camps, athletic development and strength training camps led by trainer Sahana Slack. They's tailor-made for girls in sports ages 14+, integrating elements of resistance training, speed and agility, and plyometrics.
There are 4 sessions available - beginning 3/18, 3/25, 4/8, and 4/15 - held Mon-Fri, 1pm-2pm. All fitness levels welcome. Register here .
