Mando's Restaurant serves casual Mexican and American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With a wide-ranging menu including our delicious handmade tortillas, American style burgers, and breakfast served all day, you'll find something for every taste! Restaurant owner and chef Armando “Mando” Cruz was born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico. In 1995, Mando emmigrated to California and arrived in Monterey County but he missed the flavors of his mother’s home cooking. Because of this, Mando's Restaurant places special emphasis on the dishes of his native Oaxaca, where he serves many of his mother's recipes.
