Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Must have ability to read and interpret patterns, manual dexterity, and visual acuity. Ability to lift totes 10lbs.-25lbs. The ability to use hand, eye, and foot coordination to operate small machines and hand tools/ Skills in working with your hands to perform exact, detailed operations.

Effort
Sits for 8 hours per day or more as needed. Occasional bending and stooping (less than two hours per day). Grasping and pushing (8 hours per day). Wrist flexion/extension (8 hours per day). Occasional lifting (10-25lbs).

Salary is $11.00 to $16.00 per hour

Prime welcome Jared Lee Phillips Sundays evenings beginning on October 21, 2018 for Hrdaya Dancing. As a professional dancer, teacher, and licensed psychotherapist, Jared's passion is to inspire others to embrace all of life the vibrant heart of Being each and ever moment.

Sunday evening, 6pm-7:30pm, October 21 through December 16, you'll learn modern dance technique plus strength your body, explore Eastern/Western philosophy through movement, and deepen how you listen from the heart of being.

Hrdaya means "heart" in Sanskrit. This technique integrates body and mind, deepens core consciousness, and nurtures your inner guide.
