Join Katie, Pearl Hour's owner and an herbalist, along with the team from Oliver McCrum Wine & Spirits as we take you through a one-hour tasting class featuring bottles from Amara, a 5th generation grower-producer from Sicily.
In this class, we will taste the special blood orange amaro, and talk about ingredients, flavors, and health benefits of bitter herbs and citrus used in traditional bitter liqueurs.
