Women, join Monterey Core Fitness on Mondays, 6pm-7pm to learn the art of burlesque dancing at our Burlesque Empower Hour Class taught by Harmony (a.k.a. Belle Delight). Fee is $30 - please register online per class, or become a member for access to more classes and gym access.
This class is designed for all abilities and experience levels because burlesque is for everyone! You'll be led through a warm up, taught techniques of burlesque, and learn some sassy and empowering choreography (fun and sexy props included).
