Pearl Hour presents Back of House, a chef pop-up series featuring great food and drink. On Tuesday, September 27, 5pm-late, we're welcoming Chef Kyle Salcido and hosting a Bee's Knees Fete. Ages 21+ only. Walk-ins welcome.

Menu will include fried cauliflower, prawn aguachile, scotch egg, Ad Astra toast, and old fashioned doughnuts. (Details on Instagram here.) Pearl Hour will be serving up their Bee's Knees cocktail menu.
