About Chef Hollie Jackson

Hollie Jo Jackson is the Chef and Owner of H Jackson Events, a boutique catering firm that offers elite and customizable private dinners and events

Chef Hollie is originally from the Pacific Northwest and is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, Oregon. She did much of her training at a luxury hotel outside of San Diego, as well as at a fine dining restaurant in Seattle, before settling in Monterey in 2014. Chef Hollie focuses on using local purveyors and a creative style of presentation to create memorable events.
