Meet the Cake Master at Hula's

Hula's Island Grill makes all of our desserts from scratch. In fact, it all happens next door - that's why it says Bakery Co. on the wooden door next to the restaurant.

When we caught up with our Cake Master, Juan (pictured here), he was juicing some limes for the key lime pie while chocolate cake was baking behind him. (Woo-hoo!) Thank you, Juan, for making dessert extra sweet and special. Try some of his artistry at Hula's, 622 Lighthouse Avenue.
