Attention California Playwrights! Paper Wing Theatre in Monterey is soliciting new, unpublished, original full-length plays for its Fourth Annual Summer Play Reading Festival, June 7-11, 2017.

The reward, if selected, is the opportunity to hear their words read onstage and to receive honest feedback from actors and audience members. There is also the possibility that the theater will include the play among its productions, the ultimate goal of any playwright. The play Mozambique was chosen from the 2015 festival, and the play Daughters of Nothing from the 2016 festival.
