Harmony's Fit Camp
Tues & Thurs: 6am - 6:50am
Cardio and strength conditioning, including intervals, circuit training, TRX, kettlebell and body weight exercises.

Foundation Training
Thurs: 12pm
Developed by a physical therapist, improves coordination, alleviates chronic pain, strengthens you for any physical activity.

She not only motivates, but inspires an authenticity in her clients, resulting in physical and mental sustainability and brilliance in body, mind, and spirit.

High intensity training building mobility, strength, and endurance using kettlebells, parallettes, gymnastic rings, clubs, and your own body weight
