Current Comics is hosting a Halloween ComicFest on Saturday, October 26, 11am-7pm, featuring a big bowl of candy and free comics to give to kids and parents.

We'll also have a sidewalk sale, 11am-5pm, with Pokemon cards, LEGO mini figures, bargain plush toys, framed Disney lithographs, and 50% off select comics.

All businesses handing out candy will be located on Lighthouse Avenue in New Monterey between Reeside and David and will have a Lighthouse Halloween poster displayed in the window.

Come in for On The Beach's annual Costume Contest during the Children's Trick-or-Treat on Lighthouse , 2pm-5pm. We'll take a photo of everyone coming in to the shop in costume and post it on the On The Beach Facebook page . Vote for your favorite costumes and the top three winners will get prizes.
