Every Monday in November and December at Pearl Hour, Katie will be behind the bar hosting tastings of amaro, 7pm-10pm. Price is $35 for four 1 oz. tastes. On those nights we'll also be offering full bottles of amaro at 15% off.

Amaro is made from bitter herbs, is meant to aid digestion, and is traditionally sipped before or after a meal. (A bottle makes a great gift for dinner parties.)
