Monterey Core Fitness presents Spring Break Strong Girls Camps, athletic development and strength training camps led by trainer Sahana Slack. They's tailor-made for girls in sports ages 14+, integrating elements of resistance training, speed and agility, and plyometrics.

There are sessions available beginning April 8 & 15 and held Mon-Fri, 1pm-2pm. All fitness levels welcome. Register here .
